Odering at a One to One Consultation

A deposit of 50% will be taken at the time of order. This is non-refundable and will be deducted from the agreed purchase price of the headpiece.

 

The price agreed at the time of order is based on the specifications of the client at that time. If these specifications change and additional materials, embellishments and/or work are required, the price of the headpiece will increase in accordance with the added materials and time taken on the headpiece.

 

Consultations usually take place at Joanna’s studio in Fulham, London. If this is not possible, a visit can be arranged to clients’ homes or offices within the M25, if arranged in advance. The hourly rate for external consultations is £50 an hour with a minimum charge of £25.

 

All payments are via PayPal (debit/credit card), cash or cheque.

American Express is not accepted.

 

 

Ordering online

As all headpieces are hand made or hand finished there may be slight variations with materials and colours. We pride ourselves on maintaining the highest possible standard of work and finish.

 

Once you have chosen your bespoke hat, please remember to select your hair colour as this will affect the colour of the head fitting/elastic/hairband. Then click through and follow the instructions. All payments are made via PayPal.

 

 

Shipping

Delivery will vary depending on your chosen piece. Normally, headpieces will be delivered within 2 weeks, although some may take longer if, for example, special materials need to be sourced. In these instances delivery will be 2-4 weeks in the UK.

 

UK shipping is charged at £15 per delivery by courier and will have to be signed for.

 

For European or International shipping please contact Joanna for more information. Delivery Prices vary per order and per country depending on the size of the box required. Please request a quote for accurate prices and express services. All relevant import taxes and duties must be paid by you when the item is delivered.

 

Any claims for loss or damage to the shipment will be the responsibility of the client. We do not take any liability for this once they are collected by the selected courier.

 

 

Returns

Due to the bespoke nature of JGM headpieces and for hygiene reasons, we regret that JGM is unable to offer a return policy

 

 

Cancellations

Made to order or customised goods are exempt from a cancellation right.
